Riata Realty, LLC opened in the fall of 2006 by Cheryl Seely. Riata Realty, LLC has been a successful real estate office in Prineville providing outstanding and long lasting Real Estate experiences for all of their clients throughout Central Oregon.

Cheryl has also welcomed Jean Breese, Vikki Breese-Iverson, Missy Gatliff, Dee Leininger, and Ray Parker as Brokers at Riata Realty, LLC.  Each of these Realtors bring a special quality to the office. Cheryl Seely - As a Central Oregon native, born and raised in Prineville, Cheryl has had the opportunity to enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer and enjoy sharing that with her family.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, she spent nine years with a local title company as a title examiner/supervisor which has greatly prepared her for her career in real estate.  Knowing and understanding the concerns of all parties in a real estate transaction allows Cheryl to provide excellent service to all of her real estate clients.  Cheryl looks forward to assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their dreams and the assurance that the sale or purchase of a property is completed in the smoothest manner possible.
