Cheryl Seely opened Riata Realty, LLC in the fall of 2006 as a long time dream of hers. Hoping to become a very successful real estate office, providing an outstanding and long lasting Real Estate experience for all of her clients.

As a Central Oregon native, born and raised in Prineville, Cheryl has had the opportunity to enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer and enjoy sharing that with her family.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, she spent nine years with a local title company as a title examiner/supervisor which has greatly prepared her for her career in real estate.  Knowing and understanding the concerns of all parties in a real estate transaction allows Cheryl to provide excellent service to all of her real estate clients.  As a member of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors her clients have the assurance that they will be represented well.  Cheryl looks forward to assisting buyers and sellers in achieving their dreams and the assurance that the sale or purchase of a property is completed in the smoothest manner possible.

Cheryl has also welcomed Sheri Storey, Rich Mires, Ray Parker, Jean Breese and Vikki Breese-Iverson to her staff of knowledgeable Realtors.  Each of these Realtors bring a special quality to the office.
